    Hi Everyone
I have not been on for ages but have been saving away in my two pots. One for two pound coins and one for change. Can not wait to count it. The two pound one is very full and very heavy! Mind you it is nearly all spoken for as it is for Christmas and I have just about bought all the Christmas presents so it will top up the bank account again. Any left over-if any will go to pay for the food on Christmas and Boxing day.
I hope everyone is well and saving away.
I hope this Christmas is the best for all.
    Lorraine xx

Oh goodness, that doesnt sound good. Hope she manages to keep herself occupied.

Yes, one week and she is already calling to ask whether she can do anything for me. If she was in the Uk I would keep her VERRYYYYY busy !!! She is the perfect person to pry the cash out of the pot!

Found some money under DD's bed and potted it straight away (it was mine once upon a time in any event) - another £3.35.

Thanks Sue, I'll keep the pot and add SPC6 to it. However, I will try the tweezers (thanks jakes-mum) in the meantime ......:D

Well done e4rub, that is a fantastic achievement. Truly inspirational.

  • Hi everyone, hope you are all ok. Potted £2 today and treated myself to a new pot ready for Friday. Really excited now and the kids keep saying "how much do you think is in the pot mum?"

They love count up day as they do it for me:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Mum and dad have loads of bags and an easy count up plastic tray that they use to count up the money they bank from all the fundraising we do for Marie Curie, so that's me sorted.

My DD14 is in the school band(plays the flute). They held a concert the other week and were halving the funds with the school music dept and Marie Curie. We have £270 coming to us. Can't believe they raised over £500 as there was not as many people as last yr. Really pleased. All the money we raise stays in the South Cheshire area which is brilliant.:T:T:T:T

Well keep potting for the last few days. Thanks again to Sue and Sparky for running this fabulous challenge. x

    Good morning everyone
Another 6 X £2 coins for me yesterday, the lads in work save them for me, so the total for last week was £46 (in £2 coins alone!) Along with my daily £2 potted, can't wait to see what the total is going to be.

Have a great day everyone, stay safe & keep saving
