Got soaked this morning and have wet feet! Damn!!
I want to get my total to £1,000 so I've potted another £10 to get me there.

I doubt it, ETO, we don't all come on in the same day, thankfully.Hi Everyone
I have not been on for ages but have been saving away in my two pots. One for two pound coins and one for change. Can not wait to count it. The two pound one is very full and very heavy! Mind you it is nearly all spoken for as it is for Christmas and I have just about bought all the Christmas presents so it will top up the bank account again. Any left over-if any will go to pay for the food on Christmas and Boxing day.
I hope everyone is well and saving away.
I hope this Christmas is the best for all.
Lorraine xx
Hellooo Lorraine, lovely to see you again. Looks like you're all sorted for Christmas then , well done. Thanks for your kind words, but it's a joy, truly.I certainly echo your words about hoping this Christmas is the best for all.
WOW, jakes-mum, can you imagine that little kiddie waking up to all those meerkat!!! It would horrify me as the ones on the TV adverts are quite enough.SusanneCape wrote: »Found some money under DD's bed and potted it straight away (it was mine once upon a time in any event) - another £3.35.
Thanks Sue, I'll keep the pot and add SPC6 to it. However, I will try the tweezers (thanks jakes-mum) in the meantime ......:D
That highlighted bit made me giggle, Susanne, though no doubt you're right.
BTW everyone: For all those having saved in Terramundi, tins etc that aren't easy to get cash from - please see the full instructions in the "Terramundi Pots" part on the 1st post of Page 1.
I can almost see the pleasure in all 3 faces, mumof3plusoh, so good that they're in on it and have the memories when they do it with their offspring perhaps! BTW, excellent news about your lass and the band and the benefits, well done them! :T
Good Heavens above, sparky! I can't imagine what it's like to save over £50 in a week!!!!!! I get excited about my £50 YouGov cheque which is about every 2 years!
Good for your OH in making that pig, blindtoast, that'll give you a buzz in saving through next year.
Don't you worry, nu1isit?, correct spelling and grammar is the last thing we concern ourselves with here, lovely folk are soooo much more important and YOU are one of them!
I have a LOT of NPD days then, Emily, I expect most of us do if truth were known - if we didn't then we wouldn't be on such a high when we do! :grinheart I see you're sticking well to your promise!!
Hiya GAP! Good to see you back and hear you're all set to go!
Good thinking, Susanne :rotfl:Shall have to give that some thought with the Somerset Levels being almost a perpetual lake. We could make a killing...or like you say...get some shrapnel.
Nice to hear, RedGoose! I'm getting almost besides myself now!!!:jDon't forget your bags, everyone, and please DON'T use co!nstar to change your cash! They take 10% of YOUR MONEY!!!! :mad:Keep well, and save well........only 3 (& 1/2) more saving days to go! :eek:Sue xAnyone wishing to join, please just ask, you're more than welcome, it's never too late.There may be a lot of us, but don't feel intimidated, we're a lovely lot, so come on in.:grinheartPlease read the 1st post on Page 1 first so you know what's what.Sealed Pot Challenge 001 My Totals = 08 = £163.95 09 = £315.78 10 = £518.80 11 = £481.87 12 = £694.53 13 = £1200.20! 14 = £881 15 = £839.21 16 = £870.48 17 = £871.52 18 = £800.00 19 = £851.022021=£820.26[/SizeGrand Totals of all members (2008 uncounted) 2009 = £32.154.32! 2010 = £37.581.47! 2011 = £42.474.34! 2012 = £49.759.46! 2013 = £50.642.78! 2014 = £61.367.88!! 2015 = £52.852.06! 2016 = £52, 002.40!! 2017 = £50,456.23!! 2018 = £47, 815.88! 2019 = £38.538.37!!!! :j0 -

Hi all,
I'm so glad you are back nu1isit? your posts never fail to make me smile (including the thought of the little one putting her school stuff on the newly painted table, I'm afraid)
Great news about the house janey :T It will be fantastic once you get stuck in!
I just popped in to say that I will be opening my pot on Wednesday morning so that I can bank my total 'cos we will be tied up all day on Thursday taking dear FiL shopping  and I want to get it away safely asap (not that it will be a fortune)
As soon as I have a total I will declare it so that sparky can do his spreadsheet thingy. It's sooo exciting :j
