hi....after talking 2 dh last nite about christmas i have decided aswell as trying 2 put change in pot when we have itthat i am going 2 try and put £10 note in each friday.....then when its open i will have enough 4 nephew/neice christmas ....theres 8 and 3 great niece/nephew we agreed a 10£ limit so thats achievable!

Hi everyone- carrying on potting the pounds. I have now reinstated the emergency frozen pizza to save us from the Friday night takeaway trap.

Think I know what next year's pot is going towards- dancing teachers are starting to drop hints that I should think about getting a new Latin dress. :mad: Don't have the cash for that at the moment, but will stick some more stones on in the meantime. Plus my Latin shoes are falling apart so it might be time to replace them as well :eek:.

A lovely £1 roadkill found in Superdr*g today, nearly knocked a poor woman flying as I marched over to pick it up

Also sold an action man car to our neighbours so another £2 in the pot to keep it company The £1 coins have to be put in at an angle now :j its nearly full

hahah at nearly knocking a poor woman.. and well done for your pot nearly being full I have to say it is getting quite addicting putting stuff in the sealed pot!

Another £2 coin plus a 50p for the Chicago & New York 2013 spending fund. daily £2 potted plus some extrachange. 38p tea room floor change coming into work this morning.

Haven't been able to pot recently as still waiting for people to pay for stuff they bought on ebay from me last week! Hopefully this weeks buyers will pay me without too much trouble.
