    afternoon all

well I too sold loads on fleabay and was hoping to pot the dosh but DH rear exhaust box dropped off so the money was used for a new exhaust system. oh well.

still managed to pot 2 x £2 in the owls head and the usual £1 per day and a handful of scrapnel again. even raided DH pockets and potted £3.68.

No roadkill or shopkill for me ++ boo hoo ++

decided that instead of shunting my gaff off to the charity shop am going to try and ebay it when they have their free listings day again. as DH says, every penny helps and I said or every penny's a prisoner!!:D

21p in the pot today after going to boots and using their photo machine to print off mini pics of Lily to use as her passport photos ;) 39p for 9 pics rather than £5 in the photobooth  Have already done Jakes aswell and posted his off today.

Have got to go sit out the back in a minute as Miss Lily has started to ride her bike with no stabilisers :j :j shes only been out there once for a few hours last week and can already keep her balance, start herself off and use her breaks, she just needs practice turning as shes turning much to sharply (being used to the extra wheels keeping her up) and the bike overbalances ;)
Im so impressed with her as even Jakey didnt get the hang of it this quick :D Daddy had to make her the same promise he made jake when he was learning, once she can ride round the big concrete circle in our local park without stopping, daddy has to buy her a new big girls bike of her choice ;)

oh shes moaning at me now to get a move on!

  • Hi all,

Managed to pot £2, so total is starting to creep up slowly. I keep shrapnel in a separate pot which is now quite full, so I will have to convert that into larger coins for my pot pretty soon.

Jakes-Mum, Miss Lilly is a fast learner. Well done to her. A gleaming new bike sure is an incentive.

Enjoy your week everyone. My DD may have found a room in Hertfordshire near her uni. I feel sad that she may soon fly the nest. Sobbbbbb....... My husband is more like the parents in the Dulux ad. He has made noises of going to buy canary yellow paint for her room! Nasty man :D!
