Morning all, happily ploughing through my half used bottles/jars/containers of "stuff". I went into Boots yesterday to buy cough linctus and avoided all toiletries - not sure if it was willpower or the fact that I am half on my knees with the lurgy.
Tomorrow will be a test as we have a little market near where I work which sells loads of soap and glory reduced in price. I kid myself that I am buying with the intention of giving it as presents. hmmm
have a great day allNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task

I have some of uu's and TA's to report
uu Elemis PCMC cream - wnba, I used to quite like this but after a while realised that it didn't seem to actually do anything for my skin, I ended up digging some clarins out of the stash and used the remainder of the PCMC on my feet.
uu Quickies nail polish remover pads - my HG nv remover, always have these in the house and have another pack in the stash so no need to repurchase just yet.
TA - Neals yard berry moisturiser - thanks to Mrs Addicted to Spending for pointing out that these have a uu date:T, I also got mine as a magazine freebie and hadn't even realised that there was a uu date on it, needless to say mine was also out of date!
oh dear I have two of these freebies one of which I have had for ages,do hope it is ok!0 -

Amarya Box Check in's
Simply Argan Oil, 50ml, Full Size- Worth £21
Evolve Protein Build Shampoo, 7ml - Full Size 200ml £9.99
Jurlique Balancing Day Cream, 2ml - Full Size 40ml £27.50
So box is worth around £24/£25- and i paid a tenner
no complaints herePeople are complaining that you can get the Argan Oil for cheaper but i can't find it much cheaper than a tenner!
Also, people are complaining about the sachets. the Jurlique cream is very expensive so if 2ml came in a little tub, i dont think there would be as many complaints :PTotal debts = [STRIKE]£3116[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]2216[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£2066[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1916[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1766[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1616[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1466[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1316[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1166[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1016[/STRIKE]£866

Hi Itzybitzy
I must admit that I was a little disappointed with the box. I'm pretty sure I've looked at this argan oil before when there was a Groupon offer. Also, I already have a bottle of argan oil and it was no more than £8 and that was for 100ml, albeit not in a fancy pump dispenser.
I agree with you about the Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel though - that is something that I've wanted to try for ages so I was very pleased to see a sachet of that.
The box just seemed a bit empty though. I tried Amarya once before and concluded it wasn't for me (it was their second box). If you don't like the main product then there isn't much joy in it! (That time I received a tinted moisturiser that was too dark for my skin). I re-subbed as it seemed they had got better at balancing the box i.e. putting enough extra bits in that if you didn't like the main product then you still had other bits and bobs to be excited about.
Ah well. The argan oil will get used although it says that it's best used within 6 months of opening! Not long
Have you tried argan oil before?0 -

studio makeup black eyeliner - WNBA massive effort to get on and get colour uniform. also think this has started drying out.
Blink & Go mascara - WNBA this was truly awful. barely went on my lashes and when it did it just clumped. so bad i wouldn't even GA to someone!
Ugh. My liner dried up as well, pretty much with a week of me first trying it. A rare fail for Boudoir Prive.
I was looking forward to trying the Blink and Go mascara but that doesn't sound very promising :eek:0
