uu Gok Gorgeous Body Scrub - smells lovely and just scrubby enough. I have another one in the stash but I also have six S&G scrubs also lurking including 3 of the dreaded Fakeaway , so I might force myself to use one of these before breaking open another lovely Gok scrub.

One more UU - Lanolips 1g sachet got quite a few uses out of this. WMBA is good for really sore lips especially in winter or on windy days.

assett, I have had the same problem with TBS shea whip body lotion. There's still some in there, it's been upside down for aaaaaaaages and it's not moving down. I have mixed some warm water into it at the end of my bath a couple of times to loosen it. This has helped me get a bit more out but it still has some left. I must confess to not even having tried to get any out for a while as I'm bored with having to try and get it out
I opened up an eye cream and a mini serum yesterday to replace the UU serum. I am not sure about eye cream really and whether or not I really need it. I shall carry on using it though for now.

I gave up on using a separate eye cream some time ago. I think it's a bit of a con, frankly. I can't see what it does that a normal moisturiser doesn't, except you pay more for less!

I think the whole layering thing has got a bit out of hand. This morning I put on serum, moisturiser, primer then tinted moisturiser then powder and thought, "what am I doing?"

My face had strata, like the earth's crust! The serum I'm using, which is Aldi Lacura, smells nice and makes my skin feel smooth but I'm not sure that it's really doing anything so might not get any more serum once it's finished.

I hope all your snow has melted. My garage door was frozen shut this morning, grrrrr. It was a nasty shock going to work in winter coat, gloves, boots and furry hat after having sat in the garden drinking wine only a week previously!

I know what you mean about layering. I'm using the Elemis Tri-Enzyme wash at the mo and the advice from Elemis is that you put an SPF cream on top. I use PCMC which is not SPF so also have Liquid Layer (not even sure how effective this is as I've had this tube for years) and can't bring myself to put this on as well as my primer and mineral foundation.

I too don't use an eye cream as the PCMC works on this area as well. I do have a tube of Superdrug Vit E eye cream (again which I think I've owned for years) and don't bother using although maybe I should use it at night.

The only time I use a serum is if my night cream is not working well. At the moment I'm using TBS Vit E cream which is performing well so am not using a serum.

No snow or rain here today so far.

not having a good beauty day:(
1/ cold sore coming up again on my lower lip
2/ broke a nail low down whilst making the bed
3/tried logging in to Debs beauty club but cannot remember memorable date despite trying all the usual birthdays etc and have twice asked for it to be sent to me to no avail and am now frozen off the account:mad::mad::mad:(it is worse than any bank account)

hopefully things can only get better and maybe my beauty boxes will arrive!
