Surely we should have some sort of cancellation email before the delivery day if that's what's going to happen? Otherwise you could be a little annoyed that you've waited in all day for an order that hasn't arrived.....

by the way who ever said tracking not working it doesnt usually work for a few hours as royal mail/ whoever the delivery company is will need to pick up the parcel and get it onto there system in order for tracking to kick in
i think it is really kind of them to offer a free box of choccy to those cancelled orders too i missed a phone call so i guess im one of the unlucky ones i hope the 'lucky' ones get charged the offer price

i did read on their website orders placed before 11am are guarenteed for same day dispatch i dont know the workings of their company but maybe they had some extra keen staff who were busy picking and packing orders quickly this morning up until 2pm

it was just a guess but people who ordered after me have had delivery confirmation (i havent) so maybe it was just random orders that got picked and packed quickly

when I selected next day delivery it had a drop down box with dates you could choose from with sat 31st being the first which I selected so they were definitely still offering next day delivery at around 2pm.
