    im guessing they have failed to cancel the next day delivery orders that have reached there dispatch area so those people are getting there orders sent this is probably why the lady also only has about 50 people to ring and cancel order
    by the way who ever said tracking not working it doesnt usually work for a few hours as royal mail/ whoever the delivery company is will need to pick up the parcel and get it onto there system in order for tracking to kick in
    i think it is really kind of them to offer a free box of choccy to those cancelled orders too i missed a phone call so i guess im one of the unlucky ones i hope the 'lucky' ones get charged the offer price

    Oooh I hope they keep the next delivery ones at the offer price too ;);) but don't get my hopes up, as if they don't come I'll come round and egg your windows (with choccy eggs of course).:p

    My order says dispatched but I didn't choose next day, mine isn't suppossed to be delivered until wednesday. My invoice also says full price. I will be sending it back and complaining if they charge me full price.

    Lol!! I kept putting stuff in my basket, seeing if it worked (which it did) then thinking - I don't need this. I am buying it for the sake of it. I felt quite proud of myself!
