If you get overcharged it would be worth contacting your bank, I know mine has a policy to protect people from this and if you are overcharged they will reverse the transaction, having proof ie confirmation is more than enough proof.

I also haven't had a call or email and considering I paid for next day delivery this pretty much seals the fate of my order being cancelled.

Your tracking wont show anything until the driver collects your order and even then tehre can be a delay with it uploading on the system, it's a common annoying problem. Glad some are having orders honoured.

I have heard nothing since the confirmation email (at 2.15pm), no cancellation call or dispatch email, don't know what to wish for! Good luck to those whose choc is on the way x
