I also have no despatch email yet (paid for next day delivery) - don't know whether to keep my fingers crossed for getting them or not - I ordered 2 of the I love chocolate hampers and I REALLY can't afford/justify £150 on chocolate if I get charged the full amount!
This is why I am keeping on my so called "shopping card" minimum balance, and if I need more, I just transfer money online between accounts. Can you do the same?...reality is a point of view...0 -

I paid by credit card. I'm sure that worst case scenario is that those who get them will be able to return them if they are charged full price and will have to wait for a refund. I have found Thorntons CS to be very good in the past. This is why I am keeping on my so called "shopping card" minimum balance, and if I need more, I just transfer money online between accounts. could we refuse delivery0

Do you have a confirmation e-mail? You can check there your Billing total
and I believe, that they can not charge you more than this amount.
I got a text saying my order number but that is it, I didn't get a confirmation email but I got an email saying my items have been posted out to me, but it had the full prices on it.
Before I pressed the pay button I checked the order to make sure it was the correct amount . It said £16 pounds will be charged on your card0 -
I don't see how they would legally be able to take more money than was agreed at the time you made the payment. I have email in my spam with what I ordered and the amount I was charged at time of order. Worse case I think is we don't receive the chocs. Can't imagine they could deliver and take out the full price.0

what is TCB
ella already kindly explained by khal so just wanted to add it is worth doing. The cashback for my transaction of £13.95 is £1.68 from memory.
Most big name stores are on there and the amount you get paid back varies. Thorntons is 12% at the moment.
You also get paid for referring other people to the site and they join up and reach( I think £10.00) in cashback themselves.0 -

No despatch email and checked credit card and no funds pending, expecting a cancellation email anytime now. I had a call from a blocked number but didn't get chance to pick it up!0
