Good afternoon everyone!:hello: :wave:for Shez across the water:rotfl:
Well today started well. Went to the gym (:p Shez) and did my bit of [strike]ambling[/strike] heavy duty workout on the treadmill etc. Went straight from there to the supermarket to buy the veggies for tomorrow's lunchclub then home.
Then prepared lambshanks and veggies for the slowcooker. Felt really virtuous:A Made myself a coffee and sat down for ten minutes with yesterday's newspapers (don't ask!!:rotfl: )One and a half hours later I got up again! Really annoyed with myself now as I had such great plans:mad: :o

Am sooo disappointed in myself that I've now sat here going round the site for another half hour, when I promised myself no MSE until everything was done!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
But I am going. There is a suede cleaner, I know, in my cupboard under the sink, but i couldn't find it last night. In my desperation I tore the cupboard apart, then just threw it all back in, so now I've to empty it all again and put it back neatly:o I just hope I find the damn cleaner to make it worthwhile!
Hope to get back on later.

((((((hugs)))))) for the taking for anyone who'd like one.

    :bdaycake: Happy Birthday Crazychik!!

sahmx5 hope things improve for your son. At least you made your point about the bullying.

I'm really going this time, byeeee

    Today is a rubbishy day

Our son messes us about over coming home for tea after I take stuff out for him.

My OH just lets him mess us about. I'm ignored if I try and take charge.

My OH gets nasty with me when I feel tired, my home and family are stressing me to the point I can't sleep well and it's getting to me. He has put me through all sorts of other nastiness over the years too. How we got to 25 years, I don't know.

I can't eat, sleep or relax and haven't been able to for ages. I am getting desperate.

This place isn't selling, I got bad feedback last week and I am feeling really depressed and trapped.
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:

Happy Birthday to Crazychick :) Hope you have a lovely day

Hope everyone else is ok, (((hugs))) to those who need them.

Have been to Asda to do the shopping today, only spent £19.84 for the week so chuffed with that, have also put £5 to one side for bread and milk if needed later in the week. So thats £10 under budget which i've put in my jar for the money i owe my mam (its going down slowly but surely!). Went to the library and changed my books, got a student cookbook to have a read through (i've got a thing about student cookbooks lol).

B - Shreddies, orange juice, tea
    D - Beans on toast
T - Cheesy potato bake with broccoli

    Take care all

    Hi Yall,

Why oh why oh why, did I pick the coldest, wettest day to shampoo my carpets, seat covers and sofas? The house is now cold and damp (smells nice tho) and I've nowhere dry to park my bum except this office chair;) . The heating is cranked up to three notches past tropical and I still feel cold:rolleyes:

I went to Eccumenical Lenten group last night and flirted with the verger once she told me I didn't look old enough to have children in secondary school. There was a dog in a flourescent coat tied up outside but I don't think it was hers:rotfl: I'm gonna pop up to see my parents tonight, next week I've booked a place at a Magic Lantern show and talk about the Lost Thatch of the Village with the loacl Hysterical Society! ;) I know! I'm a rebel without a cause - somebody stop me - I'm a wild child out of control:rotfl:

Congratualtions DLB - I got my Natwest account credited yesterday:j

    Happy Birthday Crazychick

SAHMX5 Enjoy your bickies, evrything looks better when you have chocolate smeared around your mounth and crumbs in ya lap:D

CCStar - Is there nowhere you could take off to for a couple of days, a friend you could bunk down with or even book yourself into a B&B for the weekend to have time alone. You sound exhausted and as you say 'trapped'. Spend some time on your own to order your thoughts, and put things into perspective, examine who you want to be, where you want to be, and with whom, then work out a plan to achieve it. You owe it to yourself, you really do. ((HUGS))

I keep missing great chunks of the thread, I think the site or my PC needs batteries re-charging like Bargain Rzl's;) So if I've missed anything else important - sorry!

    Have a good day

    Happy Birthday Crazychik.

I'm on day 2 of my training course, and I'm missing my pottering time first thing in the morning, normally I have nearly 2 hours between getting up and going to work, and can get on with the things that need doing or moggins flylady list. But I can't do that when I need to catch the train to London.

Anyway, am going to go visit my sister and the new baby tonight, she wants me to take some photos as well :) I don't think she's quite prepared for me taking photos, I take hundreds.

CCStar - do you have any idea why it's not selling ? Is there anything you can do about it ? It sucks when your house doesn't sell. I put my previous one on the market mid May, it sold within 24 hours, the buyer then pulled out mid June and it wasn't until Oct that I had another offer, and finally completed mid December. The worst thing was, I was living 150 miles away and paying rent on a completely different place - grrrrr. Was horrible and stressful and I hated every minute of it.

Hugs to those of you having bad day or not feeling well.

(((((ccstar))))) I sympathise as I have a 21yr old ds who is just the same. Sometimes home for dinner and sometimes not. And he usually doesn't let me know. I try and get a firm committment from him when he leaves for work in the morning (doesn't always work though).

    Hope things get better soon.

    Hi everyone!
Hello to any newbies and hugs to those who need them.
All well here today. Two lots of washing put away and bathroom cleaned. Have also taken out a cake to defrost which I shall sling some butter icing on later. Normally I can make a Victoria sandwich with my eyes closed....but this one which I had intended for my SIL last weekend disintegrated and is more worthy of a trifle. Don't know what went wrong...perhaps the problem was that I did try and make it with my eyes closed:rotfl: :rotfl: Anyway it's been demoted to our HM lunches instead!!
Freecycle is beginning to happen for me...someone has kindly relieved me of a litter locker which came as a free gift and someone else is coming to collect the scratching post that Twitten has stead fastedly ignored ever since we bought it. Why waste your efforts on a scratching post when one has a perfectly good settee to avail oneself one asks!! Last night the little herbert braced herself between OH and myself in bed and then looked most disgruntled when she was unceremoniously dumped on the floor. I swear could she speak she'd have rolled her eyes at me and asked me what was wrong with me going to sleep on the floor downstairs! We certainly know we've got her!!
Tonight I plan to partake of a small alcoholic beverage at a local hostelry with friends!
    Have a marvellous day.
