I really am not interested in playning semantices with you Ashleypride. If you neither own such item nor are otherwise affected what makes you think that you have an inalienable right to post disregarding the fact that the posts, at best, are confrontational and unhelpful? The fact that you may be browsing on a website and enjoying seeing your own posts is maybe all that you are really about. I repeat my invitation for you to inform uswhether you have such a GPS instrument and if so whether you are aware of the original terms and conditions of the original contract? .

Your philanthropic interest in my problems are noted. But as you appear to know little about the product (again you are invited to confirm whether you are affected) perhaps you should confine yourself to those subjects of which you have knowledge. I'm affected Ashleypride, you are unlikley to be and have not spent money.

So lifetime is my life not the lifetime of the actual machine?

If you have finished guys? Got my letter on Friday and I have written back saying their actions will lead to a legal challenge and that their compensation is derisory. I don't want another of their crappy products ( apparently their Gem is useless) just my subscription back.

I also have had their letter, not sure what to do???

They have offered me a deal on a Gem, still thinking about it?

I spoke to trading standards yesterday, Send letter of objection by recorded delivery. Trading standards will deal with them after that. I also spoke to my solicitor and he says they are clearly in breach of contract and suggested joining a group court action. It is likely they could argue that the lifetime deal is for the product although there is nothing to say that in the original invoice. In any case my road angel is still working and therefore in its working life.
Their offer is rubbish, I don't need a new road angel, if their servers are too old that is their problem and they should supply a new one free. I also don't need three months free subscription as I have a lifetime one paid for.

Well at least some of us are not rolling over, I sent an e-mail to them yesterday and asked for a reply , if I hear anything I will let you know !
