Anyone else on here just about to hit 12 months working at jlr Solihull? I was just asking to see if anyone's heard anything about contracts etc. Obviously we're on this brilliant 5 year deal but was hoping we might get a contract after 12 months, they're have certainly been a few rumours flying round that we will but was wondering if anyone else on here has heard anything?

We were always told that it may be up to 5 years from day 1 tbf, but quite a few people have heard it will be a year but no one really saying anything. I know they are only supposed to have 10% manpower staff and it was around 30% when we started and with quite a few new people starting surely they'll need to give more contracts out.

It's abit frustrating as want to buy house with missus in next year or 2. Money were earning I can easily save up for deposit but no ones going to give you a mortgage if your agency staff
