Not sure about the engine plant at Wolverhampton but for the other sites it is generally £11ish pound an hour base rate, plus your shift rate which ranges from 16 to 44 percent. Usually around the 20 percent mark depending on shift pattern.
During the week it's time and a 3rd for the first two hours then time and a half. Saturday time and a half , Sunday double bubble but overtime rates are multiples of your base rate.
After 13 weeks you get an attendance allowance which is worth around £ 30 a week.
Cheers fella. I THINK if I'm successful then I'll be based at Solihull from what a young lady told me from Manpower. I just want to get it over with, the suspense is killing me lol0 -

Manpower at Castle Brom get it after 12 weeks (or at least did when I was one) about 80p extra per hour.
AFAIK it is a Castle Brom specific payment, Solihull have different arrangements around banked hours that CB don't.0 -
