Well done. Any advice for the face to face interview?

Just be honest with him, tell him anything you've done and helps if your good with car's in general. I'm a fully qualified mechanic so I had loads of scenarios where I used as examples for the questions so my guess would be use some of your own that's involved team work in real life or work situations. Always make yourself sound like the leader of the group in your examples aswell.

I left the wooden support block in too, still passed and got my interview in less than 2 weeks.

That's good to know atleast, dunno if I should read to much into it, but the assessor said well done after we was done.

When did u have your assessment? Was you waiting long to find out if you passed?

    Cheers

Just had a call but they offered me 8 weeks work at Castle Vale, I turned it down as I want a permanent role so the wait continues!

They only offered you 8 weeks work?? That's strange, thought it was a Tempery but ongoing position?

    All the best mate

I had my manual assessment tuesday 17th feb, got an email the morning after on the 18th saying id successfully completed it, then had a phone call the following Monday 23rd to arrange an interview. They gave me monday 9th march as my interview date.
  • I've just failed the bloody online test which is awful as I'm generally quite bright! Don't know where I went wrong I felt like I did quite well tbh. Can I redo the test if I use a different email ? Feeling so down !!

Sorry to hear that mate. I'm sure you can do it again, but what about your address and name they might pick up on it

    Best of luck
  • Thanx for the reply mate. Yeah I've just remembered that now! I might give it another try. Just confused where I messed up. Pretty sure I done ok on the number stuff and identical /not identical. Got a feeling I messed up on the one where it asks should you stop the track if you are behind on work and I think I agreed with that one when maybe I shouldn't have? Also I didn't complete all the questions but I'm not sure you are supposed to?
