I don't think everyone has been waiting a month, but I think for most it has been the best part. My interview was on the 28th and I've not heard anything. Rang manpower a couple of times and have just been told to wait patiently.

Just going to put this out there: If you read the 3 posts before yours you will get the answer. I had my interview on the 21st of January and i start on the 10th of March. Well over a month between the dates. Not sure why I had to clarify this as it's right there. But heyho. I've heard of instances of people waiting nearly 2 month to even hear back.

I personally know two people who waited less than a month after they got their conformation email for completing all stages. But yes like you said you can wait two months, way back in this thread people have been waiting over three months.

Congrats to everyone who has been given their start dates! The wait for my partner to get a call to book the manual assessment is killing me, it's not even me who has applied lol. Nearly 4 weeks now since he did the online assessment, he was waiting over 6 weeks last time though. I need to stay off this thread really so it's not on my mind so much but I've been taking notes for him regarding the manual and interview stages so hopefully he'll be more prepared and will have better luck this time.

Just done that dam manual assessment it isent hard at all it is just following the instruction process, I left the widen block in though I wasn't the only one from the group. I just hope I did enough to pass

Just had a call but they offered me 8 weeks work at Castle Vale, I turned it down as I want a permanent role so the wait continues!

I left the wooden support block in too, still passed and got my interview in less than 2 weeks.

Got my start 10th March at Solihull. Gotta go up today at 6pm for my uniform and ID card's etc
