Does anyone know if to reapply you have to wait 3 months from the date of your online assessments or is it 3months from the date of your manual?
It's 3 months from the letter stating you have been unsuccessful.
Register with Different email and do the first stage of the assessment! When 3 months is up, they will email you saying that they have noticed you have started the assessment and would you like to complete it!0 -
For those starting on Tuesday and not knowing where the car park is I done a run down to there today. I came on the a45 from central birmingham and you just follow the signs to the passenger terminal and I think it was on the second roundabout, it's signposted so easy to find. If you're coming from m42/coventry direction it will be the first roundabout you come to after turning off the a45
One other thing what would you advise to wear on first day? I wasn't able to attend the uniform measuring evening on Wednesday night so havnt got any uniform yet and not really sure how to go dressed.0 -
hii ppl any common questions which will come up in the interview?0

Hi, all of the people starting the pera training will not have uniform for the first few days, or a week in my case. Just don't wear jeans and make sure you have steel-toe capped footwear! When you start, point it out to manpower personnel that you missed your induction night, just to keep on top of things!!0 -
Ok thanks for your help.
The interview questions asked are pretty much listed on page 191 of this thread0 -

Did you not receive a email from manpower with all the info regarding your start date and where to go for your induction? They let you park at the main reception on lode lane for the induction night but as soon as you start you have to catch the bus in from the airport. All the new starters on their perra training will have a separate bus to the rest of the staff.
no i didnt get the email. perhaps she misspelt my last name as its a little bit awkward. i ride a motorbike and as far as im aware im allowed to park at lode lane permanently0 -
Yes you can it's on the left hand side as you go into the main entrance. Then go to reception on the right, manpower will be there waiting for you.0

Great news! When did you take you interview? I took mine 2 1/2 weeks ago. No bad news email yet so fingers crossed! For 2 weeks though they had the wrong contact number for me so I'm worried they may have tried to contact me within those 2 weeks0
