Yes they rang me today, upto today I have been going through the same as you not knowing.
That's quite a delay you are having it might be a good idea just to ring manpower.

People have been stating on this forum that hired candidates are the ones kept in the dark, the ones who fail get the bad news email within a few days.

    Hope that helps.
What number should I ring manpower at? Had my interview 2nd of feb and still haven't heard nothing getting really annoyed now

    Hi all.

Completed my online test the 5th of Feb and my manual assessment on the 17th of Feb. Received a call today, 21 of Feb inviting me for an interview on the 5th of March at Castle Vale again.

    Good luck everyone.

    Bec.
  • Have you ever challenged a process and what was the outcome?

    What does that mean?

I thought it meant have you ever asked what the results of your tests are and how those results were achieved.

    Thank you.

I did the clutch pedal, really easy seeing as i'm female and have never touched a car lol. Magnets are so easy.....you climb in through the right side rear door, place the little pad thing they call a seat, attach magnets in colour order onto the same coloured position on the inside shell of the car. So red, blue green onto marked red blue green.........fix the connectors. Pick seat up walk around the rear of the car, place seat in left side rear remove magnets in opposite way so green blue red.

It really is to see if you can follow procedure to the letter.

    Good luck as well.

Every job at JLR is done to a set process, i.e. a specific way for the job to be done, in order standardise the job so everyone does it exactly the same.

This is to eliminate variation in finished product, ensure that the quality is maintained, everyone can do the job within the tact time and safe practices are adhered to.

The question is asking if you have ever found a way of potentially improving the process, either to make it quicker, easier, safer etc and was your suggestion adopted and did it result in a better process. The sort of thing you did at the end of the Manual Assessment with the 5 improvements.
