  • ahh cool sounds easy, whats about the last bit something about improvements? also did you have to do another online assessment?

    cheers bex

Basically you put what could be improved in the assessment. Make sure you put "put power/electric tools to make it easier and quicker for the candidates"

The last bit is a form to fill in suggesting how you think that procedure could be improved....like the use of power tools for example.

Everyone is really friendly and easy going at the test....I suffer with nerves really bad but the whole experience was relaxed which helps.

    Oh and no i didn't re-sit the online assessment.x

Hi Meme a trade test is to test hands on skills ie clutch pedal assembly, I guess that's what you will do if you applied for Automotive production.

No I applied for a semi skilled job my trade test was to assemble fittings and components, and fabrication.

Yeah sure that's understandable, I can't tell you what they ask because different questions for different roles I guess, but the nature of the questions will be health and safety related, behaviour, job skills, and knowlage of company and the products.

I was in your shoes 2 weeks ago looking for interview preparation, Sod's law I was let down by a lack of sleep the night before with worry, so be very careful of reading about people's interview experiences it can overload your brain with so much irrelevant infomation.

Yes I did but I would rather pass with flying colours than leave the interviewer with any doubt. Thank god the trade test went well.

    Good luck with your interview.
