Did you ring them? And did they help you? Been 3 weeks for me heard nothing, what should I ring and say?
I did, not sure if this is why I got a start date but they rang me back the same day. Just tell them that's it's been nearly a month and you were wondering what's happening. They are quite forward coming. Won't hurt chasing up mate.0 -

Has everyone done there manual assessment at castle vale skills center or at the jag factory itself? i'm sure my mate said he done it at the jag?

Pretty much everybody does their manual assessment at Castle Vale for the Solihull/Castle Bromwich plants. You can park right in front of the assessment centre itself. Good luck0 -

cheers mate, is there 5 questions at the end of the test? about ways to improve? I've heard one about power tools any other answers worth noting?
also do you have to finish the test or can you still pass if it is unfinished but the answers to the questions are good?
one last thing do they give you gloves to complete the break pedal assessment?
cheers mate.0 -

Yes mate, they’ll provide you with gloves with a selection of sizes, wear the tightest fittings ones, as it’ll be easier when you’re screwing on the little bolts with your hand.
There are a small number of people that apparently, have passed the assessment without finishing it. I personally found that there is ample time to complete the assessment within the stipulated time limit. Try your best to complete it.

Power tools, protective eyewear, Velcro gloves, tool poach and the ability to carry the instructions with you, is what I used when suggesting the 5 improvements. Hope this helps 0 -

Well i'll be leaving in an hour to start me first days training. Really excited!
Bit late but if anyone sees this who knows is there just the one Jag car parkat the airport? The email from manpower says Car Park 6 but the attachment says Long Stay 2.
I did do a dummy run last week and found a jag staff car park easy enough but want to make sure it's the correct/only one.
How was the training mate? Is it 2 weeks pera training? Apparently on our interviews we are to have a brief introduction to the training but I never had anything like that at mine.0
