I did my manual assessment on Tuesday afternoon. I got a phone call today asking to attend an interview on Friday.
  • I just kept ringing manpower and they kept saying that the jlr team was busy with calls and they will ring me. This went on for a few days, untill I rang them for the final time and they booked me for interview next Monday  :D

Btw good luck m8, let us know how it goes
  • I passed the manual assessment and have the interview on Tuesday!

Has anybody completed the face to face interview recently? What was the process and can you remember any of the questions that were asked?

I'm guessing it will be general competency based questions but thought if you've been there and done it you could share some tips!

    Thank you

    Stu

Last may lol. Couldn't take the first start date I was offered last year due to getting married and almost gave up. But gave them one more call 2 weeks back and boom. All good things

Had my interview today. Nothing really out of the ordinary really. Interviewer seemed positive. Lots of waiting around though to do the drugs screening and the forms to fill out.

    Best of luck everyone 🍀
