Hi i have my interview very soon. Castle vale skill centre. I no you have to fill out a form for the first half and then the second half is the 1 to 1 interview. Can someone tell me what questions they ask please? And how many they ask?
  • Hubbie spoken to manpower who have told him all the vacancies are now filled but when more positions become available he won't have to start again in his application but would go straight for interview.
Just can't help but think it's a fob off from manpower & he won't hear anything ever again!!!

Hi everyone, very much in the last chance saloon next Monday, on my second manual assessment after reapplying !! I had previously taken the manual assessment but didn't get an interview which was gutting because I thought u did quite well first time around.

Was just wondering if anyone had taken it recently? A heads up on what to expect and whether it would be the same as last time would be massively appreciated.

    Cheers guys
