Question for Bigden or cloaker, when you say the online assessments which you have to sit a jaguar cars are the same are all 29 questions identical to those 29 questions we had to answer first time?

  • To the person who asked about the interview day, go smartly dressed, shirt, tie, trousers, etc. They ask you the normal interview questions (why do you want to work for us, etc). There's a drug test, you pee in a cup and they stick like a cardboard stick that tests for 10 different things, then there's an assessment about how well you can read, write and mathematics as well, It's very basic and has no bearing on wheather you get the job or not. That is pritty much it, the interview was 20 minutes or so, then you spend most of the time just waiting to be taken to drug screening area and doing the reading test thing.

Jaguar as far as I'm aware are on summer shutdown too.

  • You'll be fine lads, If you can do basic DIY then you will have no problem at all.

Just a little tip, you may want to stretch your legs a bit over the coming days to loosen them up, by the end of the assessment the back of my legs were burning like hell and I would class myself as reasonably fit.
