I started LR 3 weeks ago, i am absence cover so not learning 1 job i have to learn all 10 in my area, its hard but some good guys work there and the money is good on shift, so head down and crack on!

Could one of you lucky guys that work there find out how many JLR employees started as Manpower and how long it took them to get up to full share?

It would be interesting to see.

My best mate at Solihull is up for his 3 month contract in Dec, they have allready sent him his initial papers to read through

had my interview last week and got a call yesterday in the afternoon but couldnt pick up so called them back today and Im starting 29/10 at JLR Castle Brom:j

Once again it proves Manpower are lying and sending people to Solihul saying there are no jobs at Jaguar while they continue recruiting.

Does look that way. How you getting on at Solihull? Any idea of what's happening when your 6/8 weeks are up..

I'm looking forward to starting there on Monday.

the 6/8 week thing is a lie just in case you're rubbish and call in sick or are late. There's people here with manpower that have done the 12 months then 2 short term 6 month contracts then a perm contract.
