the postcode for example my area was TF2, on my list I have a post box that is TF3, but its in the same town, I think it is more that it is within the town that you live, ideally within the area for my example TF2 - (thats the way i take it to mean)
If you are TF2, then anywhere within any of the TF areas is fine. The FAQ on the subject says:
"Where do I post my test items?
If you take part in the survey from home, you should post your items in a Post Box anywhere within your postcode area. This is any Post Box with a Post Box ID that begins with the first letter(s) of your postcode".

I live at the edge of my postcode area. None of my boxes are within my postcode. I've been doing it for years now and it's never been a problem.
I didn't get chocs or stamps. Feel a bit miffed :(

I'm going to ask what may seem like a very silly question! Sorry!

I have three Smarts in my stock at the moment. Do I send them with the letters i post to various addresses in the usual way, or do I return them in the special Smart envelopes once I've received them? These Smarts all relate to three items I am due to post, but none are listed in my stock. Also, there is one smart showing in my stock that I do not have.

Any help would be appreciated :-)

I'm now confused about postcodes as well - I live in BS8 but if they want me to take packets or parcels to a post office in the future then they will have to be posted in BS1 (not as far as it sounds) as there is no post office in BS8, not anymore at least...

I have e-mailed them about this; I live in SR3 and they replied saying anywhere with the SR prefix is fine. HTH

Thanks. I'd read the FAQ, but obviously not carefully enough. Knowing that makes my life easier as there is a post office (which never has long queues) inside the supermarket at which I do most of my shopping.

Thank you all for your replies, I did read the FAQ but obviously not well enough and am never home in time to ring them.

That has made my life a lot easier as there are plenty of postboxes near where I work with the same first 2 letters as my home postcode but all those near my house are picked up at 4pm or earlier ( I rushed out of work to get to a supposedly later box near my home only to find that Dracos had the time wrong by 1 hr Grrrrrrrrrr).

don't be daft theres nothing as a silly question with the posting surveys!

on your home page theres a sticky at the top that says manage my smarts, click that there be 2 options, - click the top one, list the smarts in stock there be on a coloured background, if the background is red then that means the smarts need returning to kanter.

also - (sorry) on your page where you have the posting listed there be a column for adding smarts and if they want the smarts adding to a particular post there have them listed there.

Sometimes we have smarts in stock at home for a couple of weeks, other occassions we have the return to Kanter, then a couple of days later they send a new batch.

    All fun + games xx

To be on the safe side I would email kanter - make sure you pop your number on (its on the top right hand side of posting schedule0, just let them know.

If you don;t hear from them, i personally would do 1 post box 1 x post office. xx

Well i emailed them on Wednesday and no reply as yet, so missed 2 SMART posts now, which i'll guess next week if not. Also had my 1st 2 'parcels' with SMARTs yesterday and they don't say where to post them either? :-s
