Yes I wonder too as all my post today had smarts and I can tell straight away without even opening the post.

Just had my e mail to say Im being taken off the panel for 6 months just when stamps are going up too. Hopefully will get back on again in 6 months time.

Well I'm a little upset...I've recently been put on the redundant pile for 6 months but didn't receive the mini eggs or the presentation stamps yet brand new people are getting them left right and centre....not good after all my hard work me thinks! :-(

I answered the questions and I was told that i was accepted and a follow up email should arrive shortly. My email never arrived unless i have deleted it. What email address should i be looking out for?

If you're sent items to post with only a date and no set times on the postage schedule, does it matter if it's posted after the last collection time?

I applied and was accepted a short while ago but I havent heared anything since? I used to be part of their scheme but then they stopped needing my assistance as I didnt hear back from them for a long time.

How long do I have to wait for the first assignment please? Thanks

i was accepted in late february , how long is it until you get an e-mail and will it be from royal mail as i usually delete anything i dont recognise without reading it ! oops didnt think it may come from someone else Help please

You should have no contact with Royal Mail in connection with the survey. It is important that they have no knowledge of who is taking part.

I got the mini eggs but not the presentation pack, been on the survey for a while, haven't been given a date for my 6 month layoff yet!
