Similar situation with me. Got April's quota of stamps and the chocolate eggs for Easter, but no presentation pack. Also hadto troop down to the post office and stand in line for 30 minutes to post the small box they sent.
Would it make sense to contact them about the presentation pack? Does everyone receive them?0 -

I too received usual "reward" of stamps plus the mini eggs but no presentation pack of stamps.
Over the years I've been participating in the survey, I've noticed that the only certainty on these things is that everyone is meant to receive the stamps each month and a diary for Christmas.
The presentation packs have always seemed to go to some and not others and may not be the same set. Easter chocolate has also varied - sometimes I've had done, last year I received one small bunny but I think others received two or something different.
Not worth asking about the presentation packs in my opinion. They can send them to whoever they want and withhold them for no reason.0 -
I always treat any gift I get as an added bonus, theres be times where I have read on the thread of others recieiving presentation packs and yes i do think hold on i've done as much work, but then theres other times when have had items and others haven't. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

I started last month (March) and got my first pack with two envelopes to post plus 12 first class and 4 large letter stamps the same month. I did not notice on the original schedule that one letter was to be posted in a post box and one in a post office so both went in the box. However, one of my local post boxes actually comes up as a post office as there used to be one until Labour shut it down a few years ago. My nearest post office is in the city centre and bus fares would way outweigh anything I make from the stamps. I'm wondering if I can get away with using the post box that is still registered as a post office for letters at least, obviously parcels and packets would have to be taken to a post office. They really ought to send more extensive written guidelines with the first pack as I found myself floundering - I had to faff around figuring out how to use the website as well. I have no idea if I am training or not, my letters appear to be going to an individual on an industrial estate, business address presumably. There was no mention of training in my acceptance email, all I have been told is that I will not receive any items from other members of the panel for a few weeks - I have had two batches of two envelopes to post so far.
I did not get any eggs or presentation stamps, assume these are for those who have been with the panel longer. I got the normal stamps with my first two letters and I got nothing with the second two, however the letter packs arrived only one week apart from each other, I haven't even been an active member (from when I received my first pack) for a month yet.2020 Wins:

The most important thing is getting the day correct and not posting in a postbox in a different postal zone! If your postboxes are wrong/not listed, the panel people can manually amend for you.
When you finish your training period, you will be told.
Has anyone else had any problems with mail going missing? I haven't been entered into the prize draw, which is annoying, but I'm concerned I might get chucked off the panel for having my address compromised. I have advised the panel people a few times, but haven't got the missing bits yet.0 -
About a year ago I called the helpline to ask about posting letters at Post Offices. Like a lot of people mine has closed down and I don't have a car so its a real trek to the nearest post office. They said to me to try and post the Post Office ones at a post office if at all possible but otherwise its OK to put them in a post box.0

Bit confused by the term local area as the training letter seems to differ from the training material online IMHO
If my postcode was (for example) AB12 1AB, would this mean that I could only post in boxes in AB12 or does it mean any box in the postcode AB.
Plus does anyone know of a site that gives the last posting times for individual boxes. used Dracos and twice it has been wrong.0 -

I know when you enter you post boxes online it gives you the last collection time from those boxes. I'd like to know about the post code thing too.0 -

the postcode for example my area was TF2, on my list I have a post box that is TF3, but its in the same town, I think it is more that it is within the town that you live, ideally within the area for my example TF2 - (thats the way i take it to mean)
Post box times - i think its just checking the time on the box, long shot but does the royal mail website list the final collection times on? xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

I seem to remember reading that the postbox must be in your postcode district (TF2 in this case). Posting in TF3 (which is the job assigned to another panellist) would make the statistics for TF2 less reliable.
In any case I think it's best to take up such queries with Kantar and then report back to this thread. Not all the advice (mine included) given on message boards is accurate!0
