  • You should have no contact with Royal Mail in connection with the survey. It is important that they have no knowledge of who is taking part.

I think they mean, what email address does the email come in on. I asked the same question, I was accepted and told that an email would come but it never arrived.

If you're sent items to post with only a date and no set times on the postage schedule, does it matter if it's posted after the last collection time?

Yes - you should always post before the last collection

Applied to do this after seeing the thread on here 2 or 3 years ago, I have been accepted and got first 2 letters to post. Have read the FAQ online and the info with the pack and I am now confused. Online it says to stick the R0000 label to envelope but in the pack it says to stick it to the insert inside the envelope to post. Can someone please advise which is correct? Thanks in advance!

Please read the online training material again. It says, "Select the correct “R” number from the sticky label sheet and stick it to the paper section where it says “Please affix R number label here”."
  • Ok, just prepared my first 2 envelopes including smarts, however, it doesn't say on my schedule whether to post in a box or a post office. I can't see on the website any info either. Does it matter where I post them, as long as I add where they were posted to the website as normal?

To be on the safe side I would email kanter - make sure you pop your number on (its on the top right hand side of posting schedule0, just let them know.

If you don;t hear from them, i personally would do 1 post box 1 x post office. xx

You could email them - but personally I'd just post it on Friday of the following week.
