Hi guys,
I have applied to do this and it said I was eligible after the first survey but when I click next to try and fill my details in I just get an error message page. This has happened on two different computers now. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,

Don't have a clue, but i'm having the same.

It is just an error on their system that has not been fixed yet. It has been open since January so they might have meant to put up the message that they are currently full and to try again soon. However it just comes up error. :)

When i used to do it and was on hols when stamps were due i'd normally just get the 2 packs in a simple white envelope but that was about 6 months ago been kicked off permently since then.

All1

Yes that is exactly how it has always been for me.

Just tried to phone them but of course "they are busy". Interesting though they gave a different e-mail address for contact - postalsurvey@tns-ri.co.uk. I have been using the one on the website which I have always used and none of my messages have bounced back.

I'm going to try this new email now before keep trying the phone and see if that brings a result before I start my break.

Had a wierd type of received item today! It was from lovefilm advertising a comp that expired with an expired nestle icecream voucher and I thought it had a cd inside but it was a piece of cardboard! :D I thought it might have been a new type of smart but there's no letters on it. Anyone else had one like this?
I also got another mag the other day (which I thought was junk mail again) with a smart envelope inside, just to remind people to check inside any mags they receive! :)
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Hello

I've been posting assignments for over six weeks now and haven't received a single incentive. I understand that others received their free stamps consisting of 12 x 1st Class stamps and 4 x 1st Class Large Letter stamps, 2 sets of Presentation Stamps in a welcome pack before their first assignment but I never received this and haven't received any incentive at all.

The only thing I received before my first pack assignment was one sheet of A4 instructions on what to do when I receive my first assignment.

I tried to contact them via email various times but seem's they ignore all emails. Call them, but no one ever answers, annoying answer phone cuts in saying they are busy and to call back. Rinse and repeat but I never get hold of them.

Feel like I'm being completely mugged off now. Anyone have a direct contact please?
Same thing happened here with the OH, she'd been doing it for many months since Feb/Mar ???

Same as you in a way, got the 12 stamps and 4 large with the first pack then nothing after that. She did the tasks each week and never missed a week but no stamps ever came.

Tried to ring but too time consuming with no reply etc etc.

Decided to send an email asking when she could expect to receive more stamps as she thought they were on a monthly basis but no reponse, sent another a couple of weeks later no response

Eventualy sent another email with the previous ones attached asking why they had not responded to them and yet still sent her the weekly tasks.

Got a reply the following morning saying she was being given a break due to oversubscription in her area :rotfl:

This was followed 20 mins later by a response apologising for delays in sending out her stamps and they would order some which would arrive in a few days

Sure enough a few days later some stamps arrived ... A book of 12 first class and a book of 4 large.

I think we worked it out that payment ended up at about a stamp a week ....needless to say she never got anything like Easter eggs or Jubilee presentation packs nor Olympic packs as some have reported.

Her plans of building up a stash to send out Christmas cards has now gone down the drain so she's not going to send out many cards this year :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

The carboard was probably just to mimic the weight that the Dvd would have been
as you sau you should check all items of mailing they do send smarts out in what you think would be junk mail just to test us / royal mail

Result I hope! Before I had time to send an e-mail I received a phone call from them!!

They were not happy and told me I should have contacted them earlier about the missing stamps from June & July. I pointed out that I had sent a number of e-mails without receiving any reply and as I had been on holiday also thought the stamps might have been sitting on the doormat when I returned.

Outcome is they are ordering a double lot of stamps - wait to see when they come now.

Although I mentioned the 2 email addresses, I forgot to ask which is the correct one to use.

Never had to persevere like this before - I suspect they are having problems with the 6 month on & off panellists.
