Ah, ok. Thanks for the info.
No, there's no letter box in my front door, - just our mail boxes in the foyer.
Well, he comes in the morning, between 8.30 and 1 (occasionally 2pm). I usually check the mail box at around 10 or 11 am, then again around midday. I often see him or his van outside, but I can't guarantee it..
How accurate a time do they want? Do you need to put, for example, post arrived at 11:10 on the dot.
thanks!
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

1. Log into your account
2. Click on "Manage my SMARTS" at top of page
3. Select "List SMARTs currently in stock" and see which need to be returned.
4. Select "Return SMART to RI" and enter SMARTs being returned.
Don't forget to return the SMARTs in the special envelopes sent to you with each weekly batch. Envelopes have SMART RETURNS ONLY marked on the flap (you can put more than one SMART in one envelope).0 -
I have one post scheduled for Monday before 10am. Will it be ok if I drop it in the post box this Sunday? Or will it mess up the smart?0

I'm afraid that may not work for somebody 'quite new to this'.
New panellists won't have a 'Manage my SMARTs' option, so the simplest option is just to send back any SMARTs in the special envelope(s).0 -

If you post it on Sunday, nobody's going to be any the wiser - unless there's a SMART reader in the post box (extremely unlikely, but, I suppose, just possible!).0 -

I dont think the time it was delivered really matters too much. They know the majority of people work so would have no idea when it came. Ive added dont know to every item for years and it hasnt been an issue.0 -

Same here I am at work weekdays so just tick do not know and so far they have not come back0 -
Obviously I am new to this, so I am not familiar with how it works, but I would have thought a lot of people would not be able to pinpoint the delivery time to within 5 minutes, unless they're always within earshot of their letterbox/front door?
I would be able to tell them the day, and the time of day (eg morning) that the item arrived, but giving them an accurate time would be tricky for the reasons given above.0
