    Hi,
just a quick question. I'd be interested in signing up for this, but in the eligibilty survey it asks if you have an entry system for your property. (If you do you can't take part).

I live in a block of flats, and the postie has a code he puts in in order to gain entry (but he always can gain entry, I've never known them not to be able to get in..) He also needs to ring up on the intercom if it's a parcel that won't fit into our mailbox in the foyer.

Would this mean I am not able to do the Royal Mail surveys, do you think?
  • Just say yes. You will be OK.

Hi have you received your vouchers yet for the correct delivery survey at the beginning of July?

Just accepted another survey for the end of August which is good as I think I am being rested at the moment.

Still waiting on vouchers from the correctly delivered survey week beginning 18th June  ( also a retired member ) due to do another starting this Monday

I have tried several times to join, I have completed the questionnaire and it then says I am eligible to join - the next page it directs you to should be to enter details - but when I click on the next button it always goes to 'this page is unavailable'
    Anyone know why?

Yes, I'm getting that too. Maybe they are not accepting new members now and have not put this message up. However, I more then likely think it just an error on their system.
  • I'm having the same problem too. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.

I've got an entry system and I've been doing the survey for a few months now - our postman has keys to all the blocks in any event as there are only 6 flats per block so the chances of someone being in aren't great. I can't remember whether I was asked on the application or not though...

The biggest problem I would see with this is not the entry system so much as the mailboxes in the foyer. Are you saying that you don't have a letterbox in your front door (or postie doesn't use it)? Because a major part of the survey is recording what time the post arrives, and I don't see how you would ever know this unless you camp out in the foyer.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

Ah, ok. Thanks for the info.

No, there's no letter box in my front door, - just our mail boxes in the foyer.

Well, he comes in the morning, between 8.30 and 1 (occasionally 2pm). I usually check the mail box at around 10 or 11 am, then again around midday. I often see him or his van outside, but I can't guarantee it..

How accurate a time do they want? Do you need to put, for example, post arrived at 11:10 on the dot.

    thanks!
