Is it usual for the correctly delivered surveys to get full quickly? - both ones I've had email alerts for have gone by the time I've finished work and managed to log onto the site.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Yes I think they do. I had an email and tried to log in two hours later however it was full.

No it's not freepost, it has to be posted to the ************ ironically :)

Sorry to sound harsh. However, please can you remove the company there. As rm are not meant to know which companies are taking part. Sorry if I'm wrong :)

Log in to your account everyday and you may find a correctly delivered survey to sign up to if you are available for the dates they need you.

All you do is count how many letters/parcels are delivered to your household for the day either by your postie or by the little post van(But not Parcelforce), check if any are misdelivered (For somebody who doesn't live at your house and the address is different) and record the details on the misdelivered envelope if you have any.

Do this for the 2 weeks that you hacve signed for and receive a £5 Love 2 shop voucher.

Not very generous aren't they with one £5 for two weeks?:(

So do I, when I got the first one I thought I might have to log all the details like we do with items received from other panel members but all they want to know is how many correctly delivered items we get each day and only if there are any incorrectly delivered items are further details required. I didn't get any misdelivered items in the 2 weeks I participated so it took me all of a minute per day to enter the number of correctly received items.

Its easy money and its something "rested" panel members get offered as well. If we're going to complain about anything it should be the poor incentive for the actual survey as there is far more work involved with that - particularly on the weeks where there are quite a few items or a parcel (I have to travel to get to a post office).

Agreed. Used to be £6. With inflation the price of everything has gone up and they reduced the incentive. Should be £10, as in £5 per week. Getting cheap labour out of us IMO!!!

So have you resigned from the panel after expressing these views to them?

I am fairly new to this, and I have just prepared my items to post next week. For the last 3 weeks at least every item I have prepared has been ammended to 'no longer a Smart item'. Consequently I now have 12 smarts in stock, no manage my smarts option on my page, and have had no requests to return then.
Time to phone them do you think??

According to the website FAQs you can send them back in the envelopes provided (if you wish)

    Hope that helps! :j
