    You may have been rested, best to ring them and find out. I'm pretty new but I haven't missed a week without an envelope yet.

    From what I have read in this topic, yes people are still being asked to do the Correctly Delivered surveys whilst they are being rested. I've had two so far myself and I'm on my first 6 months of membership, nice and easy job.

  • Wondering if any experts can help me with this one - into my third month now and so I have built up 6 SMARTS all of which came from received items and were entered into the system as normal. I have 3 postings to do this week, all of which should contain a SMART. I have not been sent any new SMARTs in this week's "big brown envelope" so assume I am to use the stock I already have. I did receive a separate letter from TNS which included one SMART. When preparing my postings for this week, I had the option to pick an In Stock SMART from the dropdown list - the only number it offered was that of the single SMART I received from TNS - so for the first item, I used this SMART - and the only other option is "none added". Just not sure what to do now for the others as I have 6 SMARTS at home but the only option I have for my other postings for the week is "None Added" - any ideas?

    If you click on the Manage My Smarts box when you log in, you'll see 2 options - one is to "list SMARTS currently in my stock." The SMARTS you have received should be listed there and if they are, they should appear in the drop down list when you are allocating a SMART to a letter you have to post. If you have entered the SMART details when you put in the information for your received mail and they aren't listed as being in stock I'd email or phone to query it.

    Thank you very much for your response - I don't have a Manage My Smarts box ... I think I remember reading something on here about this is not being shown for newer people signing up but that those that had been signed up longer still had this option - I could be wrong though. I have a Manage My Account and a Manage my Postboxes but nothing for Smarts! I'll maybe give them a ring. Thanks again.

    As you're relatively new, the 'Manage my SMARTS' option may not have appeared yet. It should come later.

    As for the postings requiring SMARTs, have you tried clicking on them? Frequently the paper version refers to a SMART, but that disappears once you access the item online.

    No, I don't think you are being rested. If you've had a busy few weeks, then you'll often get a few quiet weeks. I find my brown envelopes are getting later and later. Sometimes I get them a day or two before the week starts. You should get an email if you're being rested anyway.

    Yes, you can still do misdelivery surveys so will still log on every day as usual.

    I generally go by the smart letters given next to the name you are to post to. It usually shows the letters of the smart a few days before you are meant to post but if however this does not show, you can use any smart given in your stock as long as you record that smart online when you fill in the details when you've posted it.

    Thanks to everyone who replied - I meant to call TNS yesterday but completely forgot but as it turns out, problem solved! :p I logged in just now to update a posting I had from this morning, clicked on the two I have remaining for the week which need SMARTs ... and it now says for both "this is no longer a SMART item"!
