Have been doing the survey for quite a few months now.
This morning received an envelope with a SMART saying "This is a test item from ******** sent on behalf of Research International Ltd. The test item, both the envelope and contents, should be returned to us next Friday together with any other test mail. Thank you."
Never seen this before. Does it mean this Friday or a week Friday and do I just put it in one of the envelopes from Kantar?2019 Prize Total - £0/0 Prizes 2018 Prize Total - £100/1 Prize 2017 Prize Total - £250/2 Prizes

Hi guys,
I have applied to do this and it said I was eligible after the first survey but when I click next to try and fill my details in I just get an error message page. This has happened on two different computers now. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,0 -
Hello
I've been posting assignments for over six weeks now and haven't received a single incentive. I understand that others received their free stamps consisting of 12 x 1st Class stamps and 4 x 1st Class Large Letter stamps, 2 sets of Presentation Stamps in a welcome pack before their first assignment but I never received this and haven't received any incentive at all.
The only thing I received before my first pack assignment was one sheet of A4 instructions on what to do when I receive my first assignment.
I tried to contact them via email various times but seem's they ignore all emails. Call them, but no one ever answers, annoying answer phone cuts in saying they are busy and to call back. Rinse and repeat but I never get hold of them.
Feel like I'm being completely mugged off now. Anyone have a direct contact please?0 -

Same here. Not sure why, but I think a few other forum users were experiencing the same.0 -

It's just Kantar using up old stationary, you just need to input the details as usual in received items and dispose of the contents by shreding or however else you usually dispose of them, it is a throwback to the old days when we had to return items received:)"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Usually you get stamps when you get your 1st test mail, then when you start the real survey with proper peoples addresses you get stamps once per month.
Presentation packs are given on a random basis, given to some people and not others as presumably they only get given so many to distribute to people by Roayal Mail which is why some get them and some don't another time it may be you who gets a presentation pack and somebody else won't:)
I usually contact Kantar with the phone line, sometimes it takes me a couple of tries before they answer as they are busy with other callers but I usually manage to get through, so keep trying:)"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

I was just coming on here to find out if other people are getting replies to e-mails & saw your post.
I have been doing this for a few years now (in fact, soon to start my 6 month off). I have e-mailed them 3 times recently trying to find out why I never received my incentive stamps for June & July. I suspect it is because I was on holiday each time the schedule including the stamps was posted out. In the past, I have always received a quick reply and any problem, such as this one, resolved.
I shall try the phone now and just persevere until I make contact. I suggest that is your best option too.
Don't be put off as when everything is going smoothly I think it is worthwhile doing this.
Let us know if you receive a satisfactory outcome.0 -
