This seems to be even worse than I thought.
If you look at my post 1700, you will see quotes from e-mails I received which seems to indicate that next week is the last week of current survey and was 6 weeks which would have included the 2 weeks we were told not to complete as I received an invite to a new survey starting w/c 18 Mar.!!
Looks as though that email telling us they were sending out payments w/c 4 Mar has not happened (I certainly haven't received a payment) and is why I think it is now a 6 week period.
I have already received 2 x £10 payments which took me correctly up to 4th Feb.
The info. on their website - News & Features - actually states "that once 3 active delivery weeks have been completed, they will send a £5 voucher". Perhaps those of you who have not received your vouchers should quote this back at them.2020 Wins:

Noticed on website that it will be down from 10.00 am tomorrow for 2 hours - perhaps it will happen then0 -
After being rested, in January received note of "We are currentlypreparing your first Sender Pack for despatch." That arrived and I carried out the postings.
Following that "training" received an email that first sender pack would be sent. Silly me, I thought this meant I was about to become Active again. I should have compared it with the previous one.
About three weeks later got a note that they are now preparing my first sender pack and that for the first few weeks this will be sending items only. So they had completely ignored/forgotten that they had retrained me!
I suppose I might just decide that not being Active is better than actually having the task of posting, receiving, logging, dealing with queries and the general incompetence of the paid staff in West Bromwich.0 -
Today received an email saying I should receive £5 L2S by 18 March for the unaddressed survey for w/c 4 & 11 Feb which is interesting as those are the 2 weeks we were told not to complete. No mention that we were previously told vouchers would be sent out early March!
As I had the info. when those weeks originally appeared I did in fact put the data in so perhaps that is why payment being made.
Anyone else received the same email?
I got that email, I too completed those weeks as I had already started them and didn't see the point in zeroing them.0 -
I went through the training etc, than had nothing to post for about 4 weeks so emailed them to query it and got a reply saying:-
Apologies we should have informed you that we currently have no space in the *** area. When a space becomes available we will be in touch again.
Seems mad to keep re-training people when there isn't a space in the area :mad:0 -

Not having space in the area is their poor planning. If they can re-train us after a bit more than six months of being rested, then surely they can rest those who took our places.
Perhaps they trained more to replace us in case some new people withdrew from the survey early on.
Perhaps they just don't know how to keep track.0 -

The version I received said, "This incentive will besent out by Tuesday 18th March.". Today is Monday, 18th March, isn't it?0 -
I have had enough of the unadressed survey, you submit the information and when you next log on it's different. Also I have been doing this for over six weeks and not received any vouchers at all and the original email said it would only be for three weeks.
I hav tried emailing them every other day for the last two weeks but get no responce, today's email has said that I am no longer going to complete the survey. I really do feel like I am :wall:!!!0
