I've just noticed the new week added too - seems like I've been doing it forever now! I'm pretty sure I started the middle/end of November..."A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

I can't remember when I started it but I'm sure it's been going on for a lot longer than it should , all for ( so far ) one £5 voucher too.
I've been back in training on the main panel since the last week of January and have only had one lot of stamps as well and I had to chase them up for them as they never sent me any.
I sent them an email on 06/03 asking about the stamps but have had no reply so I've sent another a few minutes ago, if they don't reply this time then I'm not sending the 4 items out from the posting pack I've received for next week, I'm not doing it for nothing.0 -
I've emailed to say I no longer wanted to take part. It is poorly run (stuff not sent to me in time to post according to schedule) and frankly it's not worth all the hassle for some stamps and maybe the odd voucher. If it was just posting letters that might be ok, but I'm not regularly going into town just to post parcels at the post office (my time is more precious than the price of a few stamps!!!!)
I'm trying to simplify and destress my life, so this was one hassle I did not need.0 -
I've started just entering items for Unaddressed survey for the week rather than the day they arrived - getting sick of the numbers I put in the boxes moving around to different days - I only usually get unaddressed mail one day a week anyway but its not always the same day. Should be starting on the main survey again at the end of this month, not really looking forward to it2020 Wins:

It is possible to just do the Unaddressed and Correctly delivered surveys, without doing the main survey - I think that's what I'm going to do.
I've also changed to just entereing the Unaddressed items on a weekly basis - it's getting silly with them keep moving around. Why they don't just do it as a weekly survey, if their system can't handle the daily entries, heaven only knows :mad:0 -
I'll give it a go on the normal survey, this will be my second 6 months. What is worrying me is how many people are complaining about missing posting packs, SMARTS and stamps - it sounds like it has descended into chaos! I'll try it for a couple of months (assuming they don't do to me what they have for some and invite me back, do the mangy training again and then say they have no space, I will be REALLY annoyed if they do that) and see how it goes.2020 Wins:

Hi guys,
I'm new to this and need to pick your brains please. I emailed them but nothing in 3 days!
Next week's pack has arrived and the sheet says to include SMARTs. When I log in, all of next week's items already say 'ready to post' and do not have anything in the SMARTs column. I didn't set them to ready
Do I put them in or not? Where do I record which number has gone where if they already say 'ready to post'?
What would you do...?0 -

Check your emails (also Junk) as I remember receiving an email saying that weeks would appear online but that I shouldn't complete them. Then a couple of hours later received another email saying when it would re-start for my entries.0 -

Are you sure you've only had 1 £5 voucher for the unaddressed mail survey?
I received £10 for the 1st wave and another £5 since that.
By my calculations this week is the 3rd week of the present wave as they asked us to ignore 2 weeks, so at the end of this week I should be due another £5 payment:)"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138
