I never had any message to ignore 2 weeks of the survey , my current survey has been active for at least 7 or 8 weeks , maybe more , and I've had one £5 voucher from this.
They sent an email a while back saying that another voucher would be sent out after the final wave was completed , IIRC , the final wave should've been 3 weeks long and finished well before now but each week I log in I get another new week added ????

I had a call from them yesterday about the main survey starting back up and I asked about the issues I made in the email but they more or less said

Sorry , different department , will make a note for them to contact you

I'll give them until the end of the week and if they still don't reply then I'll tell them to take me off the survey.

Done that , junk folders are checked regularly.

It looks as if they really haven't got a clue about what they are doing at the moment, I've just finished training to restart the survey and have had emails saying I am being removed because there are enough people in my area already and others saying I will soon be getting posting packs etc.

Maybe that's why they're a little shy with the stamps, the department that sends them out thinks I'm off the panel and not active ?

You get one pack of stamps at the beginning of training, and then you don't get any more until the regular stamp run starts when you have finished training, until you recieve your 1st real posting pack, to real people that is when you are deemed Active:)

I have been doing the unaddressed survey for around 7 weeks and have recieved one £5 voucher. I really dont get it at all the first week I had pictures of items to tick if I had recieved them. Since then I have had no pictures of items to tick.Anyone else had this.

That was the 1st wave, for which we got £10.

Then I received £5 for the 2nd wave, email to ignore next 2 weeks, then 3rd wave started on 25th February and should finish at the end ofr this week for which I will be due another £5:)

This seems to be even worse than I thought.

If you look at my post 1700, you will see quotes from e-mails I received which seems to indicate that next week is the last week of current survey and was 6 weeks which would have included the 2 weeks we were told not to complete as I received an invite to a new survey starting w/c 18 Mar.!!

Looks as though that email telling us they were sending out payments w/c 4 Mar has not happened (I certainly haven't received a payment) and is why I think it is now a 6 week period.

I have already received 2 x £10 payments which took me correctly up to 4th Feb.

The info. on their website - News & Features - actually states "that once 3 active delivery weeks have been completed, they will send a £5 voucher". Perhaps those of you who have not received your vouchers should quote this back at them.

Thanks for the info , why they cannot tell me that despite me asking what the stamp schedule was in 3 emails over the last 8 days I don't know ?

Just done a few weeks of re-training and now I'm told I'm being rested again from the main panel :mad:

Whole thing is a shambles, told my Unaddressed Survey should have finished weeks ago and yet it's still appearing and still the boxes of info are moving about.

Not signed up for the next wave of the U/S as so fed up with it.

Today received an email saying I should receive £5 L2S by 18 March for the unaddressed survey for w/c 4 & 11 Feb which is interesting as those are the 2 weeks we were told not to complete. No mention that we were previously told vouchers would be sent out early March!

As I had the info. when those weeks originally appeared I did in fact put the data in so perhaps that is why payment being made.

Anyone else received the same email?
