This is not unusual. How far in advance did you register your holiday dates?

If you are only away for a week, I suggest you just post the letters the following week.

Following is from an email on 20 February

"We are currently processing incentives for the final wave of 2012 (w/c 24th Dec, 31st Dec and 7th Jan) and the first wave of 2013 (w/c 14th Jan, 21st Jan and 28th Jan).
You have completed entry in both of these waves and are therefore due to receive two £5 ‘Love to Shop’ vouchers.
If applicable, please continue to record receipt/non receipt of the items available to enter to receive your incentive for the weeks commencing 4th Feb and 11th Feb. These incentives are due for release in the week commencing 4th March 2013."

I received £10 L2S vouchers on 27 Feb (had already received another £10 previously) so that covered payments up to w/c 4 Feb.
However there was a problem because of the late info on site for w/c 4 & 11 Feb and we were told to start entering from 18 Feb (even if you had already put in the info).

It looks as though this may be another 6 week period as an email I received last week asked me if I wanted to do the next survey starting on 18 Mar and finishing on 21 April.
That in itself is odd as the new one only covers 5 weeks.

Who know what they are doing - certainly not them but as long as they pay £5 for 3 weeks I shan't complain.

i noticed this as well when i signed in

this is now my 7th week on it .. i have recieved one £5 love to shop voucher and they were supoosed to send another one week comencing 5th March havent had any more emails to says its to carry on for another 3 weeks or whatever
