I have been doing these surveys for a couple of years now - recently back after "resting" for 6 months. I have never had any problems until recently.
I have been sent two emails asking if I posted out of my area (which I never have). I have received about 4 emails askimg me to confirm items received or posted as they do not match the Smart details. I am really careful and make sure I enter the right details on both. I even write down where I post and the time.
The keep asking return Smarts and then I don't have any to put into post so they have to send me some. Last week they sent me an email saying they might be delayed because of the snow so not to worry if I could not make the correct posting days.
Yesterday I started to prepare next week's items knowing I only have one Smart and 6 items to send. The first item is for Monday. Well according to them I have 6 Smarts! The one I actually have is supposed to go in next Friday's item. How can they think I have Smarts that I do not? Surely I would have had to enter them? Or maybe they are sending them and I haven't got them yet. So I won't be able to send Monday's item.
Like some other posters have said, I seem to be having a lot more items to post and often 3 in a day with all different posting times. Luckily I live near a post box and usually combine a walk with my dog with posting but it is a bit annoying to have several items on one day with different posting times. A couple of weeks ago I had to boxes on the same day with different times which meant a walk to the post office but I sent them both together as the post office is a bit of a walk away. Mind you one of the boxes said "post box" while a normal envelope said "post office". I'd like to know how you could get one of the boxes in the post box! I only go to the post office if it is a large packet or a box anywayThe world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie0 -

Very possibly. In the past I've searched through my drawer and post items looking for SMARTs the system said I had, thinking I'd 'lost' them, not entered them properly or I was going mad, only for them to turn up from Kantar a few days later. I've read others say the same on here before too.0 -

I'm not 100% what to do about the lack of SMARTS as I've never not had enough sitting around to use. Someone else should be able to answer that one for you - I've only been on the panel for 9 months myself2020 Wins:

You can select no smart if you do not have any in stock0

They sent out a general email just a couple of days ago about what to do if you don't have a SMART in stock to put in a test item:... It is very important that you include a SMART in all items that your online sending schedule asks you to. If you have no SMARTs in stock that you can allocate to items then please hold the item until a smart becomes available. The item can then be posted on the next available date or the same day the following week.0

I spent ages last night looking for the Smarts they say I have and I too was worried I had lost them although I was pretty sure I hadn't and also had the "Am I going mad" thoughts! The world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie0 -

I rang them mid January as i never received it and was given my login details so i could access the site for training, and they said my pack would be sent out again.
My schedule showed I should have posted letters on 22nd and 23rd January but i hadnt received anything to post so i emailed them.
They apologised and said to post them next week instead.
I am scheduled to post 2 out next week anyway but again i havent received anything to post
Is anyone else having these problems?
I had exactly the same thing happen to me, same dates as you as well, I have just returned after being rested, so thought probably they had not got me back on the system, e mailed them again after not receiving 2 packs, and on Saturday a pack finally arrived for posting next week, so hopefully its sorted out now.0
