Thanks
You're supposed to put them in your jiffy bags/parcels to pad them out a bit!0 -

I've received some post, and I've recorded it online, but it says on the paperwork "receiving panellist after checking and recording.... etc, please put this insert back inside the test item envelope before returning to Research International". Sounds daft, but how do I do that? I don't have any envelopes or anything for that, except those for SMARTs... tia0

Hi,
That is just old stationery that they are using up. So, just record as normal and then just treat like any other test item.

I received one of those emails yesterday, and I've never posted out of area either. I wonder how they come to this conclusion?
Yesterday I mistakenly posted one meant to be posted today. I was having problems because I had no internet access via my PC, so I was accessing the website on my phone, and misread the information. I should have cross-referenced with the piece of paper they send, but why on EARTH don't they put the smart details on the paper? Why do you have to go online to find out which ones to use?
On the last point, the paper sheets will never be sufficiently up to date. Which SMARTS you're going to have available at any given point in time will always depend on what's being sent to you by other panellists.
Only when the sending panellist enters the SMART information can that SMART be attributed to you - and that will be after the sheets have been printed and sent out.0 -
Hi, I have just joined the panel and got my first things to post today/tomorrow. Just want to make sure i do things right, and tomorrow I have to post from the post office - does this just mean the box outside the local one or do I hand the letter to staff? Sorry for dumb question

Use the box outside the post office, don't hand it to the staff! Unless it's a big package that won't fit.0 -
Thank you
THat's what I thought but wanted to double check x 0 -
And a quick heads up for anyone doing the unaddressed mail survey - I had a picture show up today for an item I received 10 days ago. So you do need to hang on to leaflets for longer than you might normally, to be on the safe side. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Just received email inviting me to join - start 11/02/13. Done this years ago but had to give it up when I moved about 4 years go and only just got back on!! Looking forward to building up a wee collection of stamps again - they kept me going for months last time0
