I've noticed the quantities shooting up over the last few weeks, particularly packets. Every day I'm receiving 3-5 items & my weekly quantity to post is often 6-7, when previously it was usually about 3.0 -

Hi, I am in training and should have received my first pack on 31/12/12.
I rang them mid January as i never received it and was given my login details so i could access the site for training, and they said my pack would be sent out again.
My schedule showed I should have posted letters on 22nd and 23rd January but i hadnt received anything to post so i emailed them.
They apologised and said to post them next week instead.
I am scheduled to post 2 out next week anyway but again i havent received anything to post
Is anyone else having these problems?0 -
From reading the last page of the topic it seems you are not alone and others are having similar problems. Its likely down to all the bad weather we have been having and also possibly due the fact they only recently decided to have us do 6 months on and 6 months off, I have a feeling that has caused a degree of chaos - add the snow to that and its not a good situation. I'm currently being rested for which I'm actually quite grateful seeing as things seem to be somewhat chaotic at the moment. All you can do is contact them again and wait for them to get back to you - something that generally takes them several days, not exactly the height of efficiencydaydream_believer wrote: »Hi, I am in training and should have received my first pack on 31/12/12.

Mee too. it has increased. The other week required about 10 trips, way too much, i had enough and decided to post in 3 batches. I am ok going to the post office once a week, and say twice a week to a post box but not tons of trips in 3 hr slots.0 -
Now I am back in the UK for few months I've finally signed up so we'll see what this panel is like, always handy to get free stamps (for eBay stuff etc):j:j:j:j:j:j

It basically means that your area is full but your interest has been noticed and as and when theres space your get a try out.
Timewise - not sounding daft - its how long is a piece of string - their plan was a 6 month roll on roll off program, but I've been retired 10 months - theres no space in my area...... xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
I received two seperate envelopes from them today. One contained two envelopes to post this incoming week and the second letter contained four envelopes with smarts to post the following week. This is the first time I have received smarts.
At last I have received the items I am supposed to have so perhaps others will start to receive theirs too. :j0
