So, do I just store these smarts for future use?, they are not listed as smart's in stock.

Go by the online plan as this is the most up to date. With the smarts not being on the system. I tended to keep them for a few week and if they had not appeared I tended to send them back.

I am meant to be starting the unaddressed mail survey on Monday and just wondered if a button will appear to click for this. Or is this covered in the items I should receive button?

Is this the one some of us did before Christmas for 2x3 weeks? Have been waiting for it to start again but have not heard anything. Have to say there were lots of problems with this but we did all get our vouchers so OK at the end.

There will be a separate button for this when you sign in similar to the correctly delivered surveys.

Thank you for replying. Yes it is the one that people struggled with due to images and other things not appearing. It starts tomorrow and runs until 10th February (4 Weeks) and pays £5 L2S voucher.

This TNS panel is very strange, I was acceped the middle of last year and sent my first two trial letters, sent both off and on time etc, then waited and waited a few weeks checking my upcoming schedule and there was nothing!.

Anyway left it a few more weeks and again nothing so emailed them and never heared anything back, roll on to this week got an email from them again would you be interested in a 6 month survey period I said yes and now it's starts on Febuary!. I can only assume they never bothered to send me a sorry where full the last time?.

Looks as though they have invited different people then this time. Shame, even though there were problems I found it an easy earner.

If you read through here, you will find that over the last year many people had problems with RM - it seemed to have started when they began the 6month on/6 month off method of posting. Can only assume that this caused more work for the office as they were getting more queries from new participants.
