Thanks for your reply. I seem to have about 6 - 8 smarts and was wondering when they new items would be sent.

Looking forward to receiving stamps as well.

After seeing the post from Fruit&Nutcase, I checked the "manage my postbox" link and low and behold you can amend your postboxes to "Reserve".

Don't know how long that has been possible but had never seen it before.

You are not alone, mine has not arrived and my items are to be posted today :rotfl:.

I e-mailed them and no response. I find them very poor at answering e-mails.

I signed up for this quite a while back, got my first postal items about 14 weeks ago and sent them back, but nothing since.

Just wondering if that is there normal practice. Or do they only keep certain areas on at any one time.

As Fruit&Nutcase says, you can have up to ten boxes 'Active' at any one time. I have more in Reserve than the ten Active and just swap them over as needed.
I do my postings while walking the dog and it is a good way of finding somewhere different to go hunting out new post boxes so I have quite a few in my Reserve list. Once you register your first 10 then just put one in Reserve every time you want to add a new one. You can bring it back into the Active list if you post there again.

My items for posting arrived yesterday, there were 4 for sending next week, but they also included an extra 4 stamped envelopes with no postal details included. Not sure whether this was a mistake or whether the stamped envelopes will be needed with the next batch for sending out.

I had emailed them before Christmas regarding no stamps being sent during December. The stamps were sent separately yesterday, and there were also stamps included with my posting batch.

Doing very well for stamps at present.

Just got another £5 voucher in the post for the Christmas correctly delivered survey.
I'm guessing that means that it's just the tenner I've already had for the unaddressed mail ones, and they've given up on the third stint we were originally meant to be doing. Still have a pile of unaddressed mail sitting in the corner just in case...............

I signed up for this a couple of years ago, they said they didn't need anyone in my area and i didn't hear any more from them. In November i received an invitation via email to ask if i was still interested. I replied that i was, i was accepted and told i would hear from them soon.
On 31/12/12 i had an email that said we are currently preparing your first sender pack for despatch and ive heard nothing else since.
I just wondered if anyone can remember how long from notification that your pack was being prepared until you received it.
It would be ironic if had got lost in the post :rotfl:

I had an email back apparently theres no availability in my area......... I've been rested since April - it seems poor organisation as theyre taking new people on eft, right and centre xx
