Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

Just trawled through my mountains of un-deleted emails and this is what i found in an email dated 26/11/12

'Welcome to the Royal Mail Survey.

We have now registered your details to our live posting panel and you will receive your first Sender Pack in the week commencing 31/12/2012'

so looks like im off to a good start - its gone awol.

Main reason i wanted to do this is because of the problems ive had with my mail, in November i had a parcel sent back but no red card was put through grrr.
Now i have a parcel despatched 28/12/12 first class also gone astray and the sorting office will not answer phone so i cant check if they have it.
On Tuesday I turned up for a hospital appt for my Son only to be told it had been cancelled - I didnt receive the letter...........hmm.

Looks like I'm not alone then. I had the email telling me my new 6 month period was about to start and I would receive my first pack week commencing 24th December. Zilch! I was due to send out two items this week. No answer to any of my emails and cannot get through on the phone. There is nothing to post next week. Wonder what happens now.

I received another invitation for another 6 months, but I've only been rested for a month or two! Is it normal to get invited back so soon?

Also, the email was a bit warped, but the confirmation looked kosher.

I registered for this a while back (possibly last summer), but I never got any correspondence from them (email or otherwise), would it be worth registering again?

I got invited back today too Not been off that long either.
Also had a bit of a strange email, had loads of formatting marks in it?? but all seemed ok.

It sounds like theres not enough people in your post code area to have a 6 month on, 6 month off break, wait and see if you get the sender pack x

I was supposed to post a letter yesterday and another today, however I haven't received the package containing them. I emailed them and I got no response yet. I telephoned them this afternoon but they were closed and will not be open until Monday again. I wonder will I be rested now because of this?

I doubt it. They will probably say if you receive it to post the week after. The one I did not receive they just made a note on the system and it did not go.

Recieved next weeks posting pack, which also contained two smarts, the paper schedule that came in the pack tels me they are both add smart items, but on the online posting plan it now tells me these are no longer smart items.

So, do I just store these smarts for future use?, they are not listed as smart's in stock.
