Their earnings are up and profits are down.
Interesting to see they get about 80 percent of their revenue from their low-margin energy business.

Maybe h/she is spoiling for more 'heated debate'?
Personally, think this thread has been done to death and should be left to rest in peace.
Or maybe h/she is just bored?

Interesting? Depends. Surprising? Not at all. The average household spends far more on their gas and electric than they do their telephony. If you check out the best stock market performers they tend to be businesses that have maximised turnover as opposed to profit (Tesco would be a prime example). The (short term) profit decrease was forecast many moons ago. The forecast was correct. The dividend increase was forecast many moons ago. Looking like that forecast was also correct (it would equate to an 8% return on my buy price, ignoring the current profit on SP).
In summary, I'm paying less for my gas/electric/phone/bb/calls than I would with any other supplier, receive a paper bill (anyone remember them?) through the post every month, getting an 8%++ return on my TP investment and can get through to the guaranteed UK-based call centre in seconds should I have a query. What's not to like?Call me Carmine....

A good company is one that when you are in dispute sorts it out and does not harras you listen to this http://www.pre-maturebaby.com/TRACK4.wav eventually all the issues will be placed in the public domain.
As an X UWDC ID my wife stopped because of various issues and we dont get commison any more and as to what out customers have stated is all in the hidden charges. I would not take a mobile with them either as they state the number is THEIR property.
Not only that the lastest "con" tract states you are signing for your whole family huh?0 -

I am a Utility Warehouse independent distributor and the views I express may not be shared by the company. The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.
