Unfortunately it was the first contact I have had with them. Despite giving them a contact address, telephone number and email address, they passed my details onto 1st credit without so much as sending me a bill.

I have just contacted the management agency for the house who have a completely different set of meter reading to the ones UW quoted, so I'm baffled as to where those reading came from!

I presume that the bills would have gone to the rental property. Shouldn't your management company pick up mail once the tenants had departed?

You are back on your usual diversionary tactics to move the discussion away from UW's extremely high prices.

What does it matter if I have a cashcard or not, or Kippen is extremely rich (or destitute)? How does that affect the very high gas and electricty prices UW charge?
