I don't know 'how'. I suspect if someone like you contacts UW to report it. So, if you're so offended, go ahead and do it rather than bleating about it from behind your keyboard.
I don't know how often ID's lose their position for mis-selling either. It's not a matter of public record. Incidentally, I've never had a position 'terminated' from my team in my time with UW, so I guess that all the customers we have are happy or that those who weren't have voted with their feet and gone elsewhere. I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking that. Seriously, Quentin should get out more if Higgins-Sons' pathetic website is causing him/her so much stress. Have a look what's currently happening in the real world and reserve your ire for stuff that actually deserves it. Good stuff. I've reserved one for pick up as I'm tempted to leave it at my dad's for when I'm down there (increasingly often these days), instead of lugging the laptop down every time. The standard 2 year warranty makes it an even more tempting deal TBH.Call me Carmine....

I am in agreement with 'upto'. The way I read his post was that 'we' (the participants/readers of this forum) are all in agreement that the site is poor and misleading and would be dealt with accordingly. I don't profess to 'know all about it' (how could I?)
