I tend to look on the bright side with stuff like this - I also don't have to spend a few days couped up in a caravan on the Isle Of Wight in October in an attempt to justify using expensive Tesco.Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -
Unless another ID has a latest tariff booklet I am sitting next to the latest tariff booklet I have in my possession. If there have been any changes I doubt they differ much. I will list each one for each area if you like for each of the 3 user types. However to save yime the lowest tariff for standard users is 10.350 and the highest 11.807. Night rate economy 7 is 3.50 for all regions
I doubt any UW rep will help you out - they will be too embarrassed(you might get a PM.)
Do you really need help to read the latest tariff booklet?
Please look again!!0 -

You still don't understand just how wrong you are do you?
Do you not think it strange that not one of your supporters has come in to help you out and confirm you are correct?
Did you not see Avenger's post earlier?
Can you imagine Carmine not gloating if you were correct and I was wrong?
I really do find it incredible that a UW salesman of long standing cannot understand the simplest of electricity tariffs.
So answer me this. If a customer came to you(say from Eastern District) and asked how much he would pay per year for 10,000kWh daytime electricity and 5,000kWh economy 7 night rate. What would you tell him?0 -

Explain how I can misread a tariff booklet when I have the figures in front of me AND the figure for my area is EXACTLY what I have just been told for my usage.
I have never been asked silly questions. In any case I am not allowed to work anything out for them - it's called misselling. If they want to know they work it out for themselves
Based on info in front of me and confirmed for my own usage the tariffs listed are correct.
For eastern district for standard users tariff is 10.539 and 3.5 for economy 7 night rate.
Clear enough for you. That's what it says in the tariff booklet.
No longer sure what you you want from me.0
