So you can't see how constructive it is to readers to realise that a vociferous uw rep is not in truth what he appears to be here, where he tries hard to paint a picture of the great personal service we would get from him were he our personal "upline" man from uw?

Sorry - you've confused me. Pick a straw....

This is hilarious! I'm guessing, given your post, that you walk around wearing some kind of anti-UW badge/t-shirt then?

Truth is paramount on here, and I like to think that I personally 'play fair' acknowledging both the faults and the benefits of UW andour business model. I even admit when I'm wrong. Do you? By the way, where is your cashback card again...thought so...:p

For what it's worth Quentin, I'm even willing to acknowledge that some ID's can be over-zealous. It's not hard and it doesn't hurt, It's the way of the world. Just like I can acknowledge that UW isn't the best 'fit' for everyone out there. We si what we is, people see the benefits or they don't - where is the problem>

HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??
  • In a strange way I can admire Q's 'crusade', but what he fails to realise is that his reluctance to acknowledge ANY of UW's positive redeeming features actually undermines his arguments and makes him appear weak, sad, desperate, and small. Jimexbox puts forth good points/arguments as does Cardew, yet Q's inexplicable, narrow-minded tirades are actually counter-productive.

  • There's something not quite right about him and his hatred of UW. Joking aside, it's bordering on the very worrying.

  • Nighty night folks...I'm tired (Quentin, you can come out again now, I'm going to bed)

  • Yes, I'm off too. It's safe now, Quentin, no more requests for details of the phantom cashback card until the morning. You can rant to your hearts content. Have fun.

If people are struggling to pay and have to go on a pre payment meter, do they still get the same tariffs, or is it more expensive?

    Hi janninew

I think your request got lost in the "merry banter"

The tariff for pre-payment meters are different (at the moment) and would probably be more expensive, depending on their usage.

    For example:

No standing Charge for gas pre-payment meters. Instead, customers pay a higher rate for the first 2680 kWhs used each calendar Year.

For Electricity it varies by region and looks more expensive, again depending on their usage.
