During this recession beware any approaches offering lots of money for doing nothing.
This quote is taken from an online ad from none other than the uw. (And the reps who come here claim the uw is nothing to do with a pyramid type operation.)
Apparently all you need to do is "distribute wonderful free products" to then get untold riches.
Problem is there are only a few vacancies, so expect some competition. (Although you will need £200 to be guaranteed acceptance!!).
Now you know why they are on the look out for more gullibles - though remember, they only want "just a few more caring people" to join them!Due to a huge upsurge demand in people wanting to save money, we need just a few more caring people 18 years or over, to help distribute some wonderful free products and services, work from the comfort of your own home, Car, office etc, part time or full time it’s your choice.
Your Reward!A repeating monthly income you can bank on – for life.

Whilst Quentin is in 'linking' mood, someone ask him for a link for his UW-beating cashback card. That normally causes him to scurry back to Insurance Forum to lie low for a few days. :rolleyes:Call me Carmine....

Quentin's advice: During this recession beware any approaches offering lots of money for doing nothing.
I would add this bit of advice also. Beware of any posters on here who continually push just the one cashback site, even bringing its name into threads that have nothing to do with it whatsoever. :rolleyes:Call me Carmine....

Looking forward to MAD I will be at cheltenham, wonder if there will be any protestors with banners etc outside!!lol
You can get a sneak preview of the MAD (massive action day) events by listening in to a "motivational" phone call trying to get the keggs of this world to sell £20 tickets for it to their "downline" here (top tip for reps attending is take a notebook and pen with you to jot down the inspirational comments you hear at the meeting) :

(Hear how a uw executive teaches how to con his team of reps into buying tickets by telling them they have bought them a "slot" at the do, sitting right next to them)0 -
Surely even Quentin must be getting embarrassed now
All these links he's providing and he can't provide one little link that we've been asking for since February. I note even the other members of the AUWF also believe this card doesn't exist as they have thus far resisted all attempts to get them to ask their fellow member for it
. Quentin's credibility rating until the link appears to back up his claim = a big fat zero.

Would the MAD meetings be an opportunity for the reps (or those able to look at uw the way the rest of the world does) to find out how come the uw (famous for claiming here it doesn't spend money on advertising/middlemen/wages etc) manages to charge just about the most for its energy?
And anyone dare to stand up and ask them what they mean by being "competitive" as per the worthless guarantee?0 -
I would imagine they will just ask for a show of hands - hands up who is paying less for their utilities with UW than with any other company they could use? As they are all distributors, I would imagine the vast majority of them would have embraced the cashback card hence the vast majority would have their hand held aloft...Call me Carmine....

I remain a bit confused by this, though, since the cashback card can equally be used against the other services that UW provide, so you don't need to take the utilities to benefit from cashback. (I do agree, though, that UW provide a service that other suppliers don't, which in itself can have sufficient value to UW as the only supplier that provides what you need).0
